People support teens trying to earn money to buy the things they
need may it be school clothes or a birthday gift for mom whatever the reason is they will support them as they know the teen
must really need it or they wouldn’t be working. The majority of consumers will relate to growing up and having the
need to earn money and will support income programs (Teens working to earn money for the things they need) just as they will for
other causes. Mission: “To be the best organization in the world
at helping young people develop the skills and the character they need to achieve their goals in life.” Students who
distinguish themselves in the program are the future leaders of our businesses. Working Teens also looks to exceptional students
as candidates to lead new ventures. In a sense, we are business incubators, developing from our core business of direct sales.
These sales-based business units are in a wide range of fields – from fund-raising and public speaking to financial
service and insurance, and more! Purpose:

As a member of Furture Leaders earn
their money through our fundraising program. Members of Furture Leaders receive Discount Cards on consignment
and at regular intervals, pay for what they sell. All membership Members receive 50% commission on what
they sell. All membership dues and transportation are included in the wholesale cost of the product. Other incentives
are also included..Trips, prizes, bonuses, and awards. Furture Leaders members
can work a specific assigned area within their own neighborhood, or choose to participate with a group under adult supervision
in selected areas.
